Marlon is the Producer/Host of Upward Way Podcast (a podcast that exists to nurture and strengthen the faith of listeners —leading them into a satisfying and personal relationship with Jesus).

He is a graduate of Northern Caribbean University (NCU) and El Instituto Venezolano para La Cultura y La Cooperación. Additionally, he obtained a TEFL Certificate from the International TEFL and TESOL Training.

The idea for Upward Way was conceptualized in January 2018, a transition period in the life of his family. The idea was to share his reflections on some of the obstacles he encountered as he formulated a strategy to overcome them.

Upward Way is an anthology that features first-class opinion editorials, inspirational thoughts, devotionals, poems, and testimonies of how lives have been transformed through the grace and love of God. At Upward Way We aspire to share content that is educational, motivational, and spiritually enlightening.

The ideas and experiences that we share will provide information that will impact lives in a positive manner. Our aim is to inspire our audience with content that is authentic and stimulating.

As Upward Way looks to the future our focus is to continue sharing stories about the transforming love of Christ. ​
